我刚参加了由ＨＥＬＰ　ＣＯＬＬＥＧＥ举办的饥饿三十营。。。！！

能认识许多营友又能帮助饥饿孩童。。。大家一起度过这又好玩又累但很有意义的３０个小时！！！

那个感觉超棒的！

希望在全世界都能一起加油！一起帮助需要我们伸出援手的饥饿孩童！！

最近真的很烦呐！

也很郁闷。。大概是太久没好好大哭了吧！

昨天就狠狠地发泄了。。

也不知道烦什么。。

也不知道哭什么。。

很呆。。我。。。

很怕。。可是又死性不改。。

最近，看了部韩剧。。：花样男子

蛮不错的。。实在佩服作者。。

这部戏，历久不衰。。

就算很多年后，再看回去，依然让人觉得精彩！

哎。。不说了。。。

最近，开始减肥了。。可是每次都馋嘴。。

失败收场。。

现在不行了。。。

一定要坚持！！

每天做半个小时的运动，应该有效吧？！

wowo!!

i just came back from my PPS camp...!!its so excited n funny!!

firstly,we all thought that camp is not nice n will very boring...but its not!! its cool leh!!At the first day...when

we arrived at there-------kem mutiara hati,suddenly raning...so our bag n shoes all is wet edy...haiz...unlucky

loh...den the coach at there intro themself lah...there have Tuan Z, Tuan Jebat, Tuan Rambo, Tuan Roy,

Abang Abu n faci-faci...(kakak-kakak)bcz raining ma..so we cant build up our camp fist...

den we all sit in the dewan n listen ceramah loh...Tuan Z said need bahagi us to 5 group...

den my group hv lingsze lah..sofea lah...nabilah lah...minhua lah...xianzhog lah,yongjie lah..n may ping loh...

n our group name is HELANG!!!

other group is HARIMAU, MONYET, SINGA, n GAJAH...den we start ice breaking loh...after intro ourself...

Tuan Z told us that we need go to find a egg...n who find it first will hv 300 marks...

wah...(like e-disiplin system loh...always talking marks...) >o<

n v need keep that egg in a safety place untill we finish this trip!!

den my group is the third group who find the egg...so we have 100 marks..not bad lah..haha...

after that...the rain stop edy loh...den v start build up our camp lah...but nobody noe hw to do it..

so Tuan Rambo ask 2 person came out to show the example to us loh...

finally...i noe hw to build up a camp edy!!! huhu!!den we put our thing inside the camp n go to shower loh...

after that is the dinner time lah...after eating dinner den v all kumpul in dewan again loh...

Tuan Rambo asking us stand up n do some starnge action...he said can avoid the ghost find u wor..haha...!!

den after that Tuan Z teach us singing the greeting song....have 5 language leh...got chinese wan,malay wan,

english wan,india wan, n indonesia wan....!!haha...funny weh =)

after this...v all hanging a piece of paper...n Tuan Z asking we lipat the paper...

 n koyak a little bit paper at any corner loh...den we just follow him lah...n v repeat again loh...

lipat n koyak...untill he said stop...!!den he want we open the paper again...wah!!mny lubang leh...

some1 got 1 lubang only n soem1 got 3 or 6 lubang...n our group member----sofea is the highest...

have 9 lubang!!!actually tis game is test our thinking ability...

who get 1 lubang only means he dun like thinking when face any problem...

if get mny mny lubang means she like thinking n brave to face problem..hah...mine is 3 lubang...not bad loh...

afetr that...we go to eat supper...den after this we get another game-----play candle?!

ohh....one group hv a candle n 2 match...we need get 3 point(3 ppl signature)...den u win loh...

but wen u want try to get the piont...will hv mny ppl kacau u n try to make ur candle to put out...!!

so this game is vry exciting...!!i very scare Tuan Rambo loh..y?bcz he is very tall n easy to put out our candle!!

haha!!after that v all go to sleep n rest loh...bcz im the ketua..so i cant sleep leh..nd jaga them...

so pity lah me...XP

second day...

we all wake up at the early morning loh...6.30 a.m!!i just sleep 2 hour only leh...my eye bcum panda eye edy!!

haha...den Tuan Z teach us to do exercise bcz later v need jungle tracking...

afetr eating the breakfast..den v start loh...im the first wan...so follow at the back of Tuan Rambo..

bcz he walking so fast..so i damn tired!!finally...finally...finally we arrive at the waterfall!!!cool man!!

den we play a while ..take photo...den go back to camp loh...after tat v go to shower n eat lunch..

Tuan Z sudden teaching us dancing..huhu!!ohh...actually we need do performance in the night...

n our presentation is dancing!!den we all very hardworking to practice lah...

but sudden Tuan Rambo n Tuan Roy asking we change clothes..erm?!

we need do obstacle!!!

firstly v all baring in the river that was very very cool!!after that we need climbing at te floor...

n v need roll in the slush..!!yerr...!!so dirty lah my body...but i feel funny n exciting leh..haha...

den v go to wash our body..rest n eat dinner loh...after that we continue pratice our dance lah...

huhu!!show time~~!! all of us do the presentation...den we go to eat supper

n play another game-----burung hantu!!!

we all b taking to some place, sit at there n dun talking or crying...it look like nothing but the most important is

v all need use cloth to close our eye..!!n v can heard mny mny different sound tat around u loh..

abit scaring lah...haha...!!after that v go to rest n sleep loh...

third day

today is the last day we sty at camp loh...firstly v all singging our camp song...gemuruh...

after that eat breakfast...n we go to temple park to play games!!haha!!

abeside that...b4 we leaving...v b asking to do a "majlis penutup" for tis camp...

den my group is cleaning the floor...after that v give them our sourvenir loh... t-shirt...

n the kumpulan terbaik is harimau..the persembahan terbaik is kumplan singa got it!!

after that v all taking photo..peluk-peluk n sayurnara loh...wuwu~~~berat hati leh....

MISS U ALL !! Tuan Rambo, Tuan Z, Tuan Jebat, Tuan Roy,Abang Abu N kakak-kakak...!!muackz...

差不多每个国家都在关注Ａ型（Ｈ１Ｎ１）流感叻！

所以呀。。

我班同学就建议我们带口罩来学校。。。
